Sunflower: A Study

This image was taken sometime around early 2000’s. It was shot on Ilford black and white HP5 ISO 400 film in natural light. Developed and printed in my own darkroom. I have since lost the original film and the high resolution scans of the original selenium toned printed images.

This image holds a special place in my heart, as it was the first image sold commercially through a gallery, the image below shows the final framed image with the correct toning applied. Taken from the Brentwood Gazette.
